I have completed several levels of group training in Psychodrama - an action method for group psychotherapy and personal development which is the most often used method for team buildings, relationship and communication at the workplace trainings, conflict resolution and raising awareness of different topics and issues in the business environment. I have been leading groups for personal development as well as support groups for patients with rare diseases and their family members in Plovdiv and Sofia for the past years. I strongly rely on practice-oriented programs and I take into consideration the specifics of the group so that everyone who whishes can be included in experiential tasks and modules in order to obtain new points of view in a much more effective and long-lasting manner. I have also been a leader of corporate workshops and seminars in the Bulgarian offices of foreign companies.
