The topics I cover include New Manager Development, Manager as a Coach, Situational Leadership, Leadership Cohesiveness for top teams, Top Talent Accelerated programs, etc. I am a Certified Learning & Development Manager, Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), certified SHRM-SCP & also certified in several Psychometric tools including Hogan Assessments, DISC by Thomas Assessments & OPQ by Gartner.
