With a proven track record as a Certified Human Resources Practitioner and Certified Coach, I have coached individuals, teams and leaders on exercising their unique strengths and values to find greater fulfillment in their personal and professional lives by gaining and honoring their authenticity and living a purposeful life. These understanding about what motivates them in thought, behavior and aspirations benefit them in career pursuits, teamwork and team contributions, diversity, resilience, wellness, leadership pursuits and foster emotional intelligence. I have offered individual, group, new leadership and executive coaching and have work with small to large organizational teams. As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, based on evidenced-based positive psychology, I focus on what makes people strong, rather than what makes them weak, and together, we forge a path to reaching goals in a joyful way. I am also a Master Life Coach and will act as a guide and partner with my client towards any goals that they wish to achieve.
