With over 35 years of experience in curriculum design and course development, I have also facilitated thousands of workshops, both in person and virtual for a variety of industries and leaders of all levels. Most of my workshops have been in the areas of Leadership Development, communication skills (meeting mgmt, assertiveness, presentation skills, facilitation skills, basics of communication, etc); performance management; giving and receiving feedback, coaching, developing others, change management, consulting skills, service skills, sales skills, interpersonal relationships, organizational politics, problem-solving, innovation, decision making, budlign and sustaining trust, etc. The length of the workshop varies from one hour to 3 days. I also offer workshops in a part series. Example 5 sessions spread out daily or over a few weeks or months. I am very flexible to suit clients needs.
