As a facilitator, I conduct seminars, workshops and trainings. I work with businesses, groups and communities to facilitate sessions to lead groups towards the solutions to their problems. I make it easier for the group to arrive at its own answer, decision, or deliverable. I have conducted many corporate trainings on various topics such as professional development, employee retention, conflict resolution, health and wellness, self-awareness, and embracing diversity.
