As Founder of Eight24 Management Consulting, I focus on strengths-based coaching and digital transformation. At UNICEF, I design and lead development programs like the UNICEF Academies and guide cultural change across global teams. My roles at Apple, Freescale Semiconductor, Intel, and Microsoft involved delivering impactful leadership training and developing innovative learning solutions for international markets. I’ve also driven cultural transformation at UNICEF’s Supply Division, consulted for Metizo in North China, and taught as a Visiting Professor in South Korea and France.
