My 12 years of experience in both private and public sectors in organizational transformation strategy have allowed me to manage over twenty projects across various fields and lead more than a hundred training sessions on different tools (SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, Moodle, Cornerstone, Mos Chorus...). I have organized hackathons, designed and scripted over fifty educational video courses, and conducted around twenty conferences on topics related to pedagogy, project management, change management, motivation, stress management, conflict resolution, risk management, communication, leadership development, public speaking, team management, and the implementation of action plans with my clients. Additionally, I am a radio host and the author of a book on blended learning in higher education.
