With a proven track record in the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI&B), I have organized numerous webinars, training sessions, and workshops for corporate clients, covering a wide range of DEI&B topics. As the Chief DEI&B Consultant and Founder of Metanoia Solutions, I bring over 20 years of experience as a DEI&B practitioner consultant. My expertise includes (but is not limited to) identifying and mitigating biases, cultural competency, cultural humility, DEI&B strategic planning, inclusive leadership, leading diverse teams, LGBTQIA inclusion, and cross-cultural communication. A key aspect of my approach is creating safe spaces for dialogue, where individuals feel valued and heard. I believe that open and honest conversations are essential for fostering understanding and driving meaningful change. By assessing the existing culture of an organization and developing innovative strategies tailored to the unique wants of each client, I have helped numerous organizations build diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces. I hold a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership from Capella University and a certification in Leading Organizational Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Northwestern University. I am passionate about advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion and work with dedication to create positive change within every individual and organization I partner with.
