I empower women professionals in fast-paced environments to claim their time, advance their careers, while been seen as the executive they are (even when they aren’t in executive roles). As a former Product Manager at DoubleClick and Google, I witnessed firsthand the challenges women face in fast- paced workplaces. I leverage my 17 years of experience in tech to empower women to go beyond surface level goals, shatter limiting beliefs and open doors to career possibilities they never imagined. During presentations, I encourage active participation from the audience. I know that when we participate we take more from a presentation than when we simply listen. Throughout the workshop, the audience is guided through various exercises that encourage being honest with themselves, digging deeper into their perception of the topic and brainstorming together ways to take action towards a more empowered place. Each participant walks away with at least one activity to embed the new learning into their lives. Plus, I've been awarded Top Women's Empowerment Coach by Coach Foundation (2024), Top 15 Coach in Chicago by Influencer Media (2023) and Nomination for WomenTech Network Speaker of the Year Award (2024).
