Laura Villegas

As an accomplished presenter and trainer, I have organised and delivered numerous webinars, training sessions, and workshops for corporate clients, covering topics such as stress management, work-life integration, resilience, mindset transformation, burnout prevention, and leadership development. I have also led seminars and workshops at global events for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) providers, focusing on critical mental health topics such as brief therapy in EAP settings and the application of evidence-based therapy practices. The Gold Star Ministry of Education Project 2022 is a standout achievement in my career. This collaboration between EAP services and the Ministry of Education aimed to enhance the well-being of MOE personnel through tailored sessions, practical tools, resources, and an online support network, empowering educators to build emotional resilience. Additionally, I have contributed to Cutting Edge national and international conference. My presentation, “Connecting Corrections Clients to Support and Recovery Options,” showcased innovative strategies for broadening access to mental health services. Through these diverse engagements, I integrate evidence-based expertise, actionable tools, and a passion for fostering mental well-being in individual and organisational settings.
