Gary Anello

Having been a trained professional actor, corporate trainer, and certified coach for my entire career, I place my participants and clients front and center of the work I do. This is also informed by the background I have in the field of human rights (MA, Kingston University, London, 2009). I focus on empowerment, confidence, and clarity. At the heart of all my training is a focus on the individual dignity and agency of the participant - which is a natural complement to the diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as the commuication and presentation training I do. At the core of all training and coaching is the ability to listen, to "celebrate wins," to create safe spaces for learning and reflection. Given the areas of training and coaching I focus on, this is vital.
