As a Facilitator, my role is to create an environment where learning and growth can thrive. I use innovative techniques, including ludopedagogy and creative methodologies, to engage participants and help them fully immerse themselves in the learning process. With over 25 years of experience in HR across international organizations, I bring real-world insights into my workshops, which focus on HR, Leadership, and Communication. I am proud to serve as a Learning Facilitator at the University of Grenoble Alpes, where I lead interactive workshops, helping individuals and teams develop the skills they need to succeed in today's dynamic work environment. My approach is designed to encourage active participation and foster a deep understanding of the material, making learning both enjoyable and transformative.
