I'm equally at ease in an online session, one-to-one, groups or indeed a full classroom of delegates. I'm gentle and fun and I believe that every session has to be informal and inclusive. I tend not to depend on slides and decks, preferring a piece of paper or a flipchart. More often my style is conversational. I have a wide experience of engaging all types of learners (from clients referred from U.K. JobCentrePlus to seasoned car salespeople). I have no judgement and I always focus on the best in each person. I want each interaction to be relaxed and informal (a relaxed mind is a learning mind) and in this situation my own mind works best too.
