I am a Leadership Coaching Expert, Author of The Coaching Leader, Chartered Coaching Psychologist (BPS) and Associate Professor Coaching Programmes UK top 10 university, bringing 20 years of experience as a leadership coach, working with senior executives to navigate complexity, to build self-awareness, and lead with purpose. I'm passionate about the power of coaching to unlock human potential and transform leadership in today’s complex world. I’m proud to be a Chartered Coaching Psychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society—an acknowledgement of both my professional standards and psychological expertise. Alongside this I am Associate Professor at the University of Warwick, I lead the part-time postgraduate coaching programmes, supporting professionals to deepen their coaching practice, gain formal qualifications, and grow into reflective, impactful coaches and coaching leaders. My academic work focuses on the integration of coaching psychology, adult development, and leadership in organisational settings. Before this, I built a successful career in human resources, where I saw firsthand how coaching could shift organisational cultures, unlock potential, and build more humane workplaces. Whether I’m teaching in the classroom, coaching in the boardroom, or presenting at conferences, my mission remains the same: to develop coaches and coaching leaders who listen deeply, lead ethically, and thrive in uncertainty.
