I’m an executive coach, facilitator and board chair with lived experience leading and supporting people within complex organisational systems - from large, global organisations to fast-growing scale-ups. I work with individuals, leaders and teams at moments that matter: career transitions, stepping into bigger roles, accelerating successfully in role, and navigating change while maintaining performance and wellbeing. Alongside my coaching practice, I bring in-role leadership experience across People, Culture and Transformation, as well as board-level experience as a Chair.
