Andrew has over 25 years of experience working with multi-national companies, SME's and government agencies in Asia, Australia, Europe and USA. Leveraging this real world experience, he designs and delivers bespoke workshops on a broad range of inter-personal and business skills, including: - How to manage difficult discussions - Emotional Intelligence (EQ) at work - Critical thinking skills and tools - The art of asking questions - Networking - Change management Andrew started his career in Australia and prior to becoming a consultant and trainer, he primarily worked in sales, marketing and strategy roles. He has led large global commercial transformation programs, established and run company wide coaching and mentoring programs, written and delivered global training programs, managed large global key accounts and implemented global talent management programs. As a result of these experiences, Andrew also designs and deliver small and large group training and coaching on a broad range of business skills, including: - Foundational sales skills - Advanced sales skills - Key Account Management - Customer Excellence - Negotiation - Presentation skills - Management and leadership skills - Developing a culture of coaching As a result of his real world experience, Andrew is able to draw on both his real world successes and most importantly, failures, when training. He has delivered in person and virtual workshops for clients in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, distribution, technology, insurance, a government Air Force and universities. He has also delivered over 200 online workshops for a Singapore government organisation in the last 2 years. Andrew holds both an MBA and Bachelor of Arts degrees. He is also a certified International Coaching Federation (ICF) leadership coach and a Cultural Intelligence (CQ) trainer. Andrew is a dual British / Australian national and he has lived and worked in Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Singapore and London.
