I am a Coach and experienced Training Facilitator, and I am also a Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC) with 15 years’ experience in mental health services across clinical practice, safeguarding and leadership. My background includes senior NHS roles supporting individuals with complex mental health needs, neurodivergence, trauma, and risk, alongside independent mentoring and coaching work. This allows me to combine evidence-based practice with a calm, compassionate and person-centred approach. I deliver corporate webinars, onsite seminars and interactive training workshops focused on psychological safety, communication, de-escalation and conflict management, emotional regulation, trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, leadership development and inclusive workplace culture. I tailor sessions to different audiences, from frontline staff and managers to multidisciplinary teams, using engaging delivery methods such as reflective discussion, scenario-based learning, role play and practical tools that can be applied immediately. Alongside training delivery, I work as a Specialist Mentor and Ethnic Diversity Coach, providing one-to-one support to students and professionals navigating mental health challenges, workplace stress, neurodivergence and career development. My coaching style is strengths-based, culturally responsive and grounded in reflective practice, supporting clients to build confidence, resilience and sustainable strategies for performance and wellbeing. Overall, I bring a credible, inclusive and solutions-focused approach to learning spaces, with a strong commitment to building capability, improving outcomes and helping individuals and organisations thrive.
