I am an experienced Training Professional with a strong background in designing, delivering, and managing learning programmes across multiple sectors, including sales, estate agency, retail, systems training, and employability. With a Degree in Business and a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, I bring a blended approach of commercial insight, adult learning principles, and motivational coaching to every training environment. Currently, I manage a team of five Employability Trainers on the Restart Scheme at Reed in Partnership, leading training excellence across Croydon, Merton, and Kingston. My leadership focuses on quality, consistency, innovation, and ensuring that trainers are confident and equipped to deliver high‑impact sessions that support participants back into sustainable employment. I have a proven track record of: Building and improving training programmes (including curriculum design, trainer development, and observation frameworks) Delivering results-driven employability training such as CV development, interview preparation, sector pathways, wellbeing support, and digital skills Creating engaging, interactive learning environments (virtual and in-person) Coaching trainers to meet performance standards, raise quality, and drive outcomes Working closely with operational managers, recruitment teams, and stakeholders to align training with employer needs and programme targets Using digital tools and AI to enhance learner engagement, streamline processes, and modernise training delivery My combined experience across private sector sales and public sector employability gives me a unique understanding of both employer expectations and learner needs. I am passionate about helping people unlock their potential, build confidence, and move closer to the labour market—while empowering trainers to deliver outstanding learning that changes lives.
