Alongside therapy, I offer clinical supervision to therapists seeking a reflective, rigorous, and supportive space to deepen their practice. I also work with organisations, delivering corporate webinars, onsite seminars, and interactive training workshops in areas including health and wellbeing, leadership development, communication, diversity and inclusion, and professional skills development. My organisational work brings psychological insight into workplace culture, resilience, and relational effectiveness. I provide a collaborative and grounded environment where complexity is respected, emotional depth is welcomed, and movement forward becomes possible.
