Antonella De Luca

I am a learning and development specialist, organisational psychologist, and psychotherapist with over 27 years' experience designing and delivering training, leadership development, coaching, and organisational development initiatives across the public, private, and charitable sectors. Holding a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology, a Master's degree in Psychology, and a degree in Business Studies, I bring a unique combination of commercial understanding, psychological expertise, and practical organisational experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with organisations to develop leaders, strengthen workplace cultures, support employee wellbeing, and enhance individual and team performance. Alongside my organisational work, I am a BACP Registered Psychotherapist and Counsellor, with specialist expertise in mental health, wellbeing, resilience, workplace stress, burnout, leadership pressures, and psychological safety. I regularly deliver training, workshops, and facilitated discussions on topics including mental health awareness, resilience, stress management, wellbeing, leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and creating psychologically healthy workplaces. I have held senior leadership roles in Talent, Learning and Development, leading organisational learning, leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives. This experience enables me to understand not only the psychological aspects of work, but also the practical realities and challenges faced by organisations, leaders, and employees. My approach combines evidence-based psychological theory with practical organisational insight, enabling individuals, teams, and leaders to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and perform effectively in complex and demanding environments.
