With over 30 years in technology and business transformation, I help teams navigate change, bridging the gap between the business and IT/3rd party suppliers. I progressed from programmer to BA/PM, managing teams in-house and in Malta. Facilitated workshops to gather and validate requirements, drove BPR, and organised testing and training. Built one of the first electronic leaseholder recharge systems from scratch, replacing a manual process (LB Enfield). Configured and implemented software including CRM Dynamics (Customer Service/Sales) across local authorities and other sectors. Full project and system lifecycle experience using Agile and Waterfall.
