Emma Grey

Since qualifying as a Human Givens Psychotherapist (and Master’s degree), I have worked with numerous organisations delivering specialist conflict and conflict training to teams, as well as working directly with families open to court supervision orders. My commercial background, combined with strong problem solving and project management skills, enables me to understand organisational dynamics and deliver psychologically informed training with real world relevance. I have developed bespoke Human Factors programmes and regularly deliver guest speaker seminars on behavioural safety and conflict management.
