She had been into Designing, Research & Development, Supply Chain & Global Sourcing, Product Planning & Marketing to now into Training, Coaching & Mentoring.  She is a Professional Certified Coach from International Coach Federation (ICF-PCC) with 1000 + hours of coaching experience to CXOs, Top Line Management and Middle Management.  She is a Certified Career Coach from ICCC USA where she coach & train students and professionals for identifying their career paths, creating their own growth trajectory and for successful career transitions.  She is also a certified POSH trainer and has deep understanding of the laws and supporting committees and support in setting up of internal committees within organizations along with awareness trainings.  She has been awarded by the Women Economic Forum in 2022 on her work done in coaching and training space with “Iconic Women creating a better world for all”  She is the Winner of 40Under40 India’s top Corporate Wellbeing Influencer Award by BW BUSINESSWORLD’2021 for her contribution in enhancing corporate wellbeing through her highly effective trainings and transformation coaching solutions.  She is associated as a mentor with Lean In & Girl, Up Program a United Nations Foundation Organization where she mentors young students’ girls across Colleges and Fields and prepare them for their professional journey.
