I have been coaching and running Learning and Development Workshops for over 20 years. I am fascinated by human nature and how we can be both incredibly creative, resourceful and brilliant, while also sabotage our own and other's success. My research has led to the conclusion that the problem is that our wonderful human brain doesn't have a User Manual, and it deceives us into thinking it is working for our best interests when sometimes it doesn't. To resolve this dilemma, I have created a workshop programme that recognises the complexity of the human mind and identifies the 5 forces that unconsciously pull us in different directions, so that you and your team can align and excel to a degree you didn't think possible.
