Mr. Christos K. Agrogiannos (BSc, MSc), is a corporate learning development consultant, trainer, and coach with wide experience in sales, consultative selling, soft & communication skills, human interaction, negotiations, management, and leadership. Mainly, he is participating in training sessions worldwide, as facilitator, trainer, coach, and advisor for all levels of employees (new hires and experienced, sales representatives, managers and executives), for international companies, as GM Europe, IBM EMEA and CEMA, Microsoft EMEA, Honeywell, PMI, Sony Europe, Unilever, Abbott, Lenovo, LiDL, ZIM, AHK and BMS. In the last 20 years, as freelancer and contractor, he has trained more than 7000 employees worldwide, as a certified trainer, instructor, facilitator, performance coach and sales advisor in consultative selling, communication and human interaction, negotiations, presentations, commercial skills, personal skills, change management and cultural awareness. Additionally, he facilitated in Germany, Bulgaria and Greece creativity and innovation workshops for PMI. Furthermore, he provides coaching, empowering, inspirational and motivational sessions to individuals. Related to this he is delivering result-oriented development coaching sessions and is acting as shadow coach for managers on their daily job. In the period 2012-2013, due to his expertise in Leadership and Management, he was assigned as Master Trainer and delivered successfully Train the Trainer sessions to senior managers of a multinational company in Europe, Jordan, Korea, Indonesia, Philippines, Japan and Australia. During the corona virus epidemy he was facilitating hybrid workshops and participating virtually in case studies as a call taker, sales advisor, and performance coach. His focus in his deliveries and interactions is to inspire and encourage individuals to change, leading to a measurable attitude, behaviour, and skills improvement to enhance their corporate and personal performance. He is considering other activities, personal interests and special competencies, his analytical and conceptual thinking in balance with creative thinking and innovative approaches. He is highly organized and able to prioritize effectively – detail and result oriented. He is a team player, showing interpersonal understanding. His passion is to improve continuously through lifelong learning. In his remaining time, he enjoys with his family the sea and when it gets colder, he enjoys bicycling, playing tennis, travelling, good food and watching blockbusters.
