Hello!


I am an enterprise mentor, executive coach and DEI trainer, and I have helped clients across different countries and at different life stages set achievable goals, and build strategies towards these goals.


I have over 10 years of work experience, including as an entrepreneur and policy advocate. I have management and consulting experience in the finance, enterprise and life sciences industries. I am passionate about inclusion, diversity, and equitable access to opportunities.


In my previous role, I was a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, and women-in-STEM advocate, in India.  Based on my experience and skills, I have been an invited speaker and delegate at forums across the world. Some examples include being a keynote speaker at the SEND Conference 2024, the IAgrM Conference 2024, TEDx, being a consultant for regional and national government agencies in India, and at the Møller Institute, University of Cambridge.


Throughout my career, I have found fulfilment and purpose in helping individuals access opportunities, plan their growth journeys, and achieve their dreams. This led me to pursue formal and informal coaching and mentoring opportunities at every stage of my professional life.I have helped clients across different countries and at different life stages set achievable goals and build strategies towards these goals.
