STYLIANI KAMPOURI

Stella holds a degree in Education for People with Disabilities from the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Abroad experience has equipped her with expertise in the inclusive employment of adults with disabilities, including intellectual and physical disability as well as autism spectrum disorder, with a focus on the Supported Employment Model. Currently, Stella is working in the human resources department, specializing in talent acquisition and employee training. By leveraging her knowledge of disability, and human resources management, she is actively involved in promoting inclusion in the business workplace. She trains companies on Neurodiversity and Disability, providing guidance on the implementation of inclusive HR practices. Additionally, Stella empowers young neurodivergent individuals and/or with disability by conducting sessions and offering career counseling. Her mission is to infuse the business world with the values of diversity, ensuring that the final canvas reflects equality and inclusion.
