For the past 25 years, I have worked as a trainer specialising in child protection, child development, and substance misuse. More recently, I earned my qualification in Mental Health First Aid support. My primary role involves guiding groups in their personal and professional growth, while also helping them understand and release deep-seated tension and trauma. I am committed to heart-centered decision-making, bringing wisdom into the work process, and empowering people to become the best versions of themselves. I use a trifecta of techniques which harness the wisdom of the heart, the head and uses coaching to allow groups to move into their own wisdom.
