I design and deliver highly impactful and creative strategy, problem solving and conflict resolution workshops for boards of directors and leadership teams enabling them to repair broken relationships, develop visions and plans of action to transform and grow themselves and their businesses. I also design and deliver seminars and training programs on skills in leadership (including self-leadership and leading others), emotional management, psychological flexibility, growth mindset, interpersonal relationship, communication , team building, culture development, health and wellbeing and business management, using embodiment techniques and neuroscience of change. I design specific ad-hoc interventions to support individuals and teams based on specific requirements and needs that I help explore and identify. I am very comfortable to work in person, online and hybrid settings.
