As an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) expert with over 30 years of experience, I am dedicated to creating inclusive environments where everyone feels valued and respected. I specialise in developing and delivering impactful workshops and training sessions that empower individuals and teams to embrace EDI principles. Promoting mental health and resilience in the workplace is a core focus of my work as a Wellbeing expert. With a comprehensive approach to workplace wellness, I design and implement wellbeing initiatives that support the holistic health of employees. Including developing and delivering wellbeing programs, creating initiatives that address mental health, stress management, and resilience, tailored to the unique needs of each organisation.
