My professional background is in corporate Learning and Development. For almost 10 years I have been working both for big international corporation and a small tech start-up, supporting their talents in their growth and development. I had diverse roles: at different points of time I have led my own team, was responsible for project managing training operations for 3500 employees, acted as an instructional designer and corporate trainer developing and delivering training programs in business skills. My key areas of expertise are Leadership Development, Communication skills, Presentation skills and Self-development. 

I am also a professional coach, accredited by the ICF and I often integrate coaching tools and frameworks in my learning activities.

The key speciality of my trainings is their practicality and an entertaining manner of delivery.
