Nadia Hanessian

Marianne Volonté, born and raised in Switzerland, has always been interested in understanding human behaviour. She graduated as MLaw from Zurich UNI and a dual MBA from CH/USA, pursuing the education in psychology and relationship dynamics alongside her legal career with her own law firm. In 2010, she started the development of the most innovative, independent and unbiased personality assessment tool: MyMarq Personality Test (MPT). In 2016, she founded MyMarq Ltd., applying the MPT as a Mental Coach, recognised by the Swiss Federation. Her consulting and coaching activity spreads from individuals, families, schools and corporations with overwhelmingly positive feedback.

I had diverse roles: at different points of time I have led my own team, was responsible for project managing training operations for 3500 employees, acted as an instructional designer and corporate trainer developing and delivering training programs in business skills.
