I conduct mental health-related seminars tackling various special concerns such as emotion regulation, wellness toolkits, Mental Health 101, Compassion-focused Leadership, Psychology of Violence, wellness in the workplace. My experience as a clinician guides me in providing evidence-based insights to my participants by sandwiching interactive activities, psychoeducation, individual and group performance-based tasks, and reflective points. I also make sure that my style puts emphasis on maintaining sense of safety and consideration to sensibilities of the participants since the basic guiding principle of every psychological service is to "do not harm."
