As a registered psychometrician, licensed professional teacher, and graduate with Master's degrees in Psychology, Counseling, and Clinical Social Work, I bring a multifaceted perspective to corporate training and development. My therapeutic foundation in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCT), Existential and Humanistic Psychotherapy, Expressive Therapies, and Gestalt Psychotherapy allows me to address the diverse needs of individuals within the workplace. Having attended transformative sessions with renowned mindfulness teachers like Tara Brach, Andy Puddicombe, Chad Lawson, Michael Galyon, and Thich Nhat Hanh, I have honed my skills in cultivating mindfulness and resilience, which I integrate into my training programs.

I have extensive experience as a consultant, collaborating with start-ups, NGOs, NGAs, HEIs, and private organizations to address mental health concerns and optimize organizational development. I have worked as a full-time Assistant Human Resources Unit Head and Training Manager at DSWD for almost a decade. This experience, coupled with my MBA from the University of the People, gives me a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses today.

My commitment to education is reflected in my experience as a lecturer at esteemed institutions such as De La Salle University-Manila, National University, De La Salle - College of St. Benilde, Trimex Colleges, EARIST, and De Ocampo Memorial College.
